She was a love interest of the dimension-traveling Human Torch. Valeria uses a ring able to mesmerize people. In her last known appearance she convinced Johnny to lead her troops in invading Earth-A. He was either trying to hard to impress her or he was hypnotized. In the end Johny broke free of her hold and returned to his own dimension.
