One of the eight extra-dimensional deities that took part in the Wager of the Octessence. He created the Verdant Vial of Valtorr, which gave the portion of his powers to his Exemplar , Decay. Valtorr can grant a magician who invokes his power a variety of spells, most of them are connected with vapors. Valtorr also has an ethereal body.
