Vengeance was very similar in appearance to the Adrian Chase Vigilante. he was a lesser known enemy of the Emerald Archer. He apparantly faced off against Green Arrow once. He along with the original Big Game, Death Dealer, and Slingshot were killed by Cupid, another Green Arrow villian who was killing Green Arrow’s lesser known rogues to profess her love to him.
