Origin
Special Agent Fowler is the Autobots‘ liaison to the US Government. He starts off reluctant to help the Autobots and especially Optimus. But after he is rescued from the Decepticons and witnesses Optimus’s fight with Megatron to save humanity he begins to trust and appreciate the Autobots.
