Zak is an eleven year old with connection to the creatures he finds and protects. Zak got his power while he was still in the womb. His parents were looking for the final kur stone that contained the only essence left of Kur himself. so when Drew touches the kur stone and this sent a wave of radiation of Kur’s essence which hit Zak’s DNA giving him the essence of Kur and his powers. Now he has to struggle with the fight between good and the kur evil in himself. Â

Zak uses the Hand of Tsul ‘Kalu to focus his cryptid influencing powers which has been placed into a stick like weapon dubbed “the Claw”. He is the reincarnation of the ancient evil Sumerian cryptid Kur, and has thus gained the service of the Nagas, snake-like creatures who refer to him as “Master”.
