Virtually nothing is known about the pregnant wife of Earth-15’s Superman (General Zod) other than that they were both very happy together and were expecting a son.
One day however the mentally deranged Superman Prime ended up on Earth-15 while traveling across the new Multiverse in search of his home. Having taken Lex Luthor hostage (who he thought was Alexander Luthor of Earth-3) Prime went on a rampage across Earth-15.
He eventually came crashing through the walls of The Fortress of Solitude while Zod was listening to their unborn son. Prime killed Zod using a crystal. She screamed Zod’s name and was then incinerated by Prime’s heat-vision thus taking both her life and the life of her unborn child.
