After Stryker confiscates a stolen submarine from a would be super villain, he gets a phone call from, “The Beaner”. Beaner is his accountant and she is less than pleased with the recent turn of events. Juggling the books trying to cover expenses for Stryker’s team and now the upkeep on the sub (which are astronomical, not to mention that it was stolen and he did not return it to its owners) Beaner send him on his way (but not without smacking him around some) to go make them some money.
