Becky is a living electrical energy field that moves from electronic device to electronic device as needed; she can only exist within bodies that conduct electricity such as a cellphone or taser. She has the ability to produce powerful blasts of electrical energy and can communicate in her energy form and through select devices she inhabits.
Communication in energy form may require whom she is communicating with to be able to withstand her energy as only beings like Brit and Britney have been shown to understand her while being electrocuted.
