Santini was the field leader for the Black Razor, later he was promoted to the director of operations for I.O. After Ivana Baiul too over as the executive director of I.O. he lost this post and became weatherman to the Stormwatch Team Achilles.
Santini is a highly trained covert operative and wears TRV armor to increase his strength and agility to near superhuman levels.
