Beth Penny is a former fling of Britt Reid Jr while she went to Northwestern.
She became the Deputy Mayor of Century City. She held the position for less than one day before the Mayor, Mike Colton, was killed right in her presence. As mayor, she disbanded the Green Hornet Task Force, removing the Hornet as public enemy number one and actually promoting cooperation between the police and the Hornet.
