Bigbrain Billy (no last name ever revealed) lived in the town of Midvale, where he put his high I.Q. to a number of different problems such as designing radio controlled miniature airplanes to find the only man who can save the town from a nearly bursting dam, or helping the local police to outwit criminals. His adventures also took him outside his small town such as the time his science project won a contest and instead of taking the money offered is given a ride to the South Pole to meet Admiral Bird, adventure then ensues.
