Aggie Mack is an American whoâs master mariner father has married a French women, as such Aggie now lives in France with her stepmother Mona, and her half-sister.
Her days are mainly divided between school, household chores, becoming accustom to her new home, and your regulation pop-culture teenage girl activities.
Eventually she leaves for collage as well as a number of different jobs to help play her way though school, the most notable being when she becomes a radio reporter.
An American in Paris⦠distaff version.
Published by the same people who did the Lili Albums Aggieâs adventures are considerably less fantastic as she doesnât travel the world like Lili, nor for that matter go into space, or find monsters, though there is encounters with gangs of thieves, and a haunted house, there are however fewer interpretations of Aggie and unlike Lili who moves into the 70, 80 & 90âs, Aggie stays in mostly in 50’s, early 60’s mode.Â
Inspired by American newspaper comic strip Aggie Mack by Roy Fox, little more than the name and the fact that the heroine is a teenage American are left in the French comic book version.  Â
