Major Story Arcs
The Heckler
Wandering through Delta, Bob witnesses the arrival of the Cosmic Clown. Believing him to be the Quest-Vision character the Time-Jester, Bob becomes convinced that he must defeat the Clown and add him to his collection of memorabilia, to show the world that he is not just another fan. Cobbling together a costume and several gadgets, he tracks the Clown to the circus, and attempts to convince him to enter his collection voluntarily. The Clown leaves to pursue the Heckler, despite Bob’s repeated attempts to use tricks that worked in the episode to subdue him. After the Heckler decapitates the Clown, Bob accidentally tases the Heckler while trying to incapacitate the Clown. He steals the Clown’s head and keeps it as a souvenir.
Powers and Abilities
Bob has no known superhuman powers or abilities. He has obsessively detailed knowledge about the television series Quest-Vision.
