Yoyo is an inhabitant from the Flashpoint universe. She was an enemy from the Batman of that reality, who was almost killed by the murderous vigilante. Only the intervention of Cyborg, America’s greatest hero, saved her life, when Yoyo choosed to surrender to him.
It is not clear if Yoyo is an analogue from another character or if she exists exclusively in the Flashpoint reality.
