Charlie was active in South Pacific around 1960s when the British military was studying Kherubim space-ships. He was send to dig a trench but during set experiment something when wrong and the entire ship was blasted apart with two men irradiate with quantum energies, this men were Charlie himself and Paul Frost.
After his death from cancer he was reborn be Mister Pharmacist and the help of Christopher Truelove this allowing him to tap into his full potential and turning any object in to whatever he desired.
