Chuck the Dwarf was created by the cloning division of S.H.I.E.L.D. who used mutated rat and lizard DNA to create him. The Beast later corrupted him and made him his servant.

The Beast corrupts Chuck who then aids him in seducing Arthur Perry into The Hand. Chuck then takes Perry to the Beast before Chuck grants Perry extra powers. However, Elektra later decapitates Chuck.
