Incarnations
There have been at least two women who have used the guise Cleopatra.
The first one was one of the founding members of the Honor Guard in 1959. She was in possession of the power staff and had the ability of flight, but no super strength.
In addition to the staff and flying abilities, the second Cleopatra is an athletic, super-strong black woman. She’s also a member of the Honor Guard and was a member of the Omega Rangers. The second Cleopatra received her powers by wearing a special gem around her neck.
