History
Michael was a young mutant who was indoctrinated into the cult of the Children of Heaven. He was forced by the cult’s leader, Father Phillip to use his powers to hurt his fellow cult members into complying. He had romantic feelings for a girl called Beth who Father Phillip was forcing into prostitution and producing pornography. Thankfully the children were rescued by Archangel and Michael and Beth turned the cult’s headquarters into a place of relative safety.
