Origin
The undead Iago tricked his way into Aisling‘s father’s kingdom Vallone, seeking employ as a sorcerer. Getting close enough to the royal family, he gave Aisling two choices: accept his proposal or see her family die. Against her will, she chose to wed him. Her father had his best knight take Aisling away from the kingdom the night before the wedding. Orcus, who owed Iago a favor, and his army laid waste to the kingdom. Fearing for her father’s life, Aisling returned, but only saw the place in ruins and the people dead.
When Aisling returned years later, Iago was still waiting for her. But this time she had company with her: the Wonderland knight Blake, the dwarf Bolder and the sorceress Druanna. Together, the killed Iago.
