Working at the Sea Station Yamapalu, Conner Coulibiac killed Sammi the Seal, an agent of USDA, because he kept eating his fish. Revealed by Tony Chu to be Sammi’s murderer, Tony pitched a nuclear oyster inside Coulibiac’s head, resulting in an explosion, killing Coulibiac.
