Nat Kat tried to kill Vic Sage not knowing he was the Question. He even hired a hitman and had Nora Lace kidnapped to draw him out. Eventually he was foiled by Sage. In an escape attempt he was seemingly killed as he drowned in a sewer while the Question let him die.
