During the Siege of Darkness, Dark Legion escaped the Shadow Side to help his mother Lilith take over Manhattan. During this time, he attacked Captain Dolan and the police officers with fellow Lilin Meatmarket and Blackout. He attacked Vengeance until Ghost Rider showed up.
