Doctor Dredd was a powerful warlock from the alien race known as the Dire Wraith. A race that once tried to invade and take over Earth. Doctor Dredd fought the hero known as ROM, a Spaceknight from another planet, before he was killed. Doctor Dredd had the appearance of a normal looking human, although this is not strange since it was common for creatures of his race to kill a host, (like humans) and then assume their form.
Doctor Dredd is seen in the ” Annihilators” mini-series, but was reveled to be Klobok the Skrull impersonating him. Doctor Dredd was contacted mystically by Klobok which is where he learned more sorcery. .
