Chief of the Japanese spies during World War II, Colonel Togo Ku plotted to steal the invention of a disintegration shell which would be used as a weapon against enemy planes. He disguised himself as both a mysterious woman named Agent X and a mad doctor named Dr. Cue. Unfortunately, his plans were stopped by Wonder Woman, and his true identity was revealed.
