Cornelius Evazan was an infamous criminal. Known as Doctor Death due to his notorious experiments. He used aliases such as Roofoo and Doctor Cornelius to evade Imperial forces. Most of his “patients” more often than not were maimed or killed in his botched “operation” attempts. His illegal activities have earned him the death sentence in at least twelve systems .
