Emnu is a member of The Watchers and leader of their High Tribunal. He has total authority and jurisdiction over any Watcher who is brought to trial for violating their oath of non-interference.Â

Emnu was initially the only member of the High Tribunal to vote against sharing their knowledge with other races. He believed that their knowledge was the result of hard work and should not be offered for free. When Ikor’s help led to the self-destruction of the Prosilicans in a nuclear war, Emnu was quick to point it out.
