Evil Smiley Face Guy gathered Infantino City’s greatest criminal minds to create the Lethargic-Lad-Revenge-Squad, however, the group could not agree about what day of the week to hold meetings or even how much time they would devote to the group.
They instead agreed to become the Part-Time-Lethargic-Lad-Revenge-Squad.
