A cyborg living in Tranquility City who’s in a relationship with Cassandra Locke one her father Alex Locke disapproves of. He is classified as Omega-20 but prefers to go by the name Gene. It was Gene who put the idea in Cassandra’s mind that the Skrulls should be looked into. This sets Cassandra off in an adventure of her own to uncover the history behind the Skrulls which leads her to First Line and what they did.
