Glory was one of an army of plucky girl reporters in the 40s, her main difference being that she mainly seemed to look into cases among the fantastically rich, and her clothing had a habit of getting pulled off her during her stories. She started as a brunette then turns as a redhead and becomes blonde in her last appearances.
