Creation
Goldeneye was created by Dennis O’Neil and Denys Cowan in 1982 and first appeared in Power Man and Iron Fist # 86.
Abilities
Goldeneye had a cybernetic eye implant that enabled him to fire a nerve blast which immobilized most of his enemies by attacking their central nervous system.
