Golobulus was the ruler of Cobra-La, a hidden city, located in the Himalayas. He was the last descendent of a long line of kings who, with their Royal Guard and Nemesis Enforcer, kept an iron rule over the city. Using the bio-technology developed by the “high priests”, Golobulus had his body transformed and re-made into a merging of man and snake. He also wore a suit of armor which had it’s parts created from mutated crab and lobster carapaces. Golobulus’s last known location was within Cobra-La as an earthquake struck the city. The quake destroyed the entrance to the city and potentially killed all inside the it’s walls.
