Grey Fox was a Cheyenne military leader who captured Rachel Brown during a raid. He later had to defend his village from Captain Warren Worth and the United States Cavalry. He was killed in a knife fight with Reno Jones, partly because of Rachel Brown and partly because a stray shot by Grey Fox had killed Kid Cassidy.
