The rumors say that Grim Skull was a medical student until he was expelled for performing cruel research methods. Before any criminal actions could be brought against him, Grim Skull took off and found his way to COBRA. Once his skills were realized in Cobra, Grim Skull was even allowed to work with Dr. Mindbender.
