Adam Bomb was a new villain on the scene that is recruited by Black Mask to become part of his inner circle in the events of Batman: Battle for the Cowl.

Adam Bomb only had a brief appearance in Batman: Battle for the Cowl, and was not seen after.

Adam Bomb had a special suit and was inferred to have some type of explosion or blast ability, but it was neither explained nor explored deeply to pinpoint the exact power. He may have been a suicide bomber. Whether his extreme injuries/deformation was linked to his powers are unknown.
