Wülf Schmidt, along with Vic West, were first seen blackmailing a recently liberated slave to undergo the Morituri experiment under threat of executing him there and then claiming instead of a slave he was a traitor.
Wülf later was assigned to being in charge of Strikeforce Morituri following the death of their commander, although he mostly just tried to find ways to frame them for acts of terror and have an excuse to kill them without being incriminated.
