Andy Soames is a married man, but cheated on his wife. He was suspected to the Libra Killer, but this was proven false. He discovered he had Sexually Transmitted Organic Rapid Mutation Syndrome (or S.T.O.R.M.S.), which turns people into monstrous non-viable being. Five years after the Ultima incident, he is transformed into Hell Ditch Pilgrim and tries to take over the multiverse, only for Toybox to stop him and finally give him eternal peace.
