An Attorney General and father of Dee Tyler (Phantom Lady). As a child he and his brother Beau were at a lynching of a negro conducted by the KKK. Pictures of Albert and his brother Beau were taken in front of the lifeless body of the negro. After the lynching, Albert ran away from home and headed to New Orleans.
