Alex London is a detective in Queen City. He stole money from crimelord Roman von Drake, who wrongly believed it was taken by Frank Mitchell. So Roman had Frank killed. Years later, Alex London met the vigilante Razor, the daughter of Frank Mitchell. Out of guilt, he became her ally. When his connection to Razor is discovered by Roman, he has Alex killed.
