Originally known as Fabu-Lad, Alex Thomas worked side by side with The Standard. After time, The Standard retires and Alex Thomas becomes the new Standard. But unlike Gilbert, Alex showed his true identity to the world and became more of a celebrity than a hero. There was a television show of him as well as a cologne for men named after him.
