When Alex Power and his family moved to New York, Alex and Allison met on his first day at school. He was immediately attracted to her and she had some interest in him. However, Johnny Rival frequently interfered with the relationship. Although Allison never had any interest in Johnny, Allison would sometimes go with Johnny when she was angry at Alex or when she wanted Alex to be jealous.
