The Mortelmaaien were introduced to the island Amoras by Krimson, the Zwarte Madam and Savantas. They wanted the Mortelmaaien to eat at the cement from the, often old, buildings of Amoras, so they would crash down. In return, Krimson could then surrect skycrapers on the island, making money of the new buildings. Amoris was the spokesperson, and often acted as the leader, of the Mortelmaaien.
