An Ryd was an old flame of Jo Nah back on Rimbor. After years away, Jo returned to discover that An had fallen into a rather seedy lifestyle. She’d lured him back to Rimbor as part of a trap set up by Pulsar Stargrave. He knocked Jo out, murdered An, and then framed Jo for the crime.
