Origin
One day, police Constable Andy Parker was called to the office of Toronto Police Chief O’Mally. O’Mally was looking for an able young officer to go on an undercover mission to discover the secret identities of the Red Panda and the Flying Squirrel. During the course of his investigation, he wound up assisting the heroes in taking down the criminal organization called the Crime Cabal. While he did not discover their identities, he was sworn in as Agent 51 in the Red Panda’s network of operatives.

Andy Parker was originally created for the podcast audio drama series “The Red Panda Adventures.” Parker first appeared in episode 15, “When Darkness Falls,” on November 4, 2006. He is played by Brian Vaughn.
