Annabella was a wife to one of the Massimo gang. She persuaded her sister Jenny to marry one of the hit men in the gang, After her sister was married she was severely beaten by her husband. After the death of Jenny’s husband she is diagnosed with breast cancer. She talks about going to the feds, which scares Annabella. So Annabella attempts to have her own sister killed.
Years later Annabella’s own husband is murdered by the Punisher. She forms the five wives and try to kill the Punisher, but Jenny returns and kills the group. She then takes Annabella to her apartment, ties her up in a chair, and then beats her to death with a bat.
