Arkady Sirilov is an American of Ukranian heritage born in Brighton Beach, New York. He thrived as an operative for Blackbell PMC.
He and Callum Israel were partners in many operations but had a falling out over the assassination of a civilian during an op in Slovenia.
Currently Arkady is working in Mogadishu within the black market. He made a proposal to Callum for them to renew their partnership which Callum refused. Arkady has made it known that he covets the Kapital.
