A Nazi mastermind who is a member of The Third Reich who battled Wonder Woman. He used advanced technology like his boots that enabled him to cause powerful vibrations when he stomped and used a toxin that turned men into ogres, that he called his Muutorrs. He battled both Wonder Women – Hippolyta during the 1940’s and Princess Diana during more recent times.
