Jim (or James) Tate was a wealthy weapons engineer at Wayne-Powers until he was fired by Paxton Powers. Hee became Armory to provide for his family. He later gave himself up and cooperated with authorities. He was killed by “Hush” (a Dick Grayson Clone) along with his family.
