Previously serving as personal secretary to Kingpin during the unsuccessful extortion of Brooklyn, Oswald managed to survive and progress rapidly therough Kingpin’s empire. However, after an unsuccessful war with the Lobo brothers, Kingpin had him executed by Fogg. Spider-Man was too late to save him, but did deal with Fogg.
