Asura Rhino is the strongest creation of the House of Evolution, which is led by Dr. Genus. He has an rampant blood lust and wants to fight someone strong. Dr. Genos only releases him as a last resort if all else fails. Therefore he came into conflict with Saitama and Genos when they tried to invade his base. After showing off his speed and strength by easily defeating Genos, he begins his battle with Saitama. The mere aura of Saitama scares Rhino enough to go into his Asura Mode, which turns him into a mindless being for a week. Rhino then proceeds to attack Saitama, who is thinking to himself what day it is. As soon as Saitama realizes it’s Saturday he one shots Rhino, abrubtly ending both the conflict and Rhino’s life.
