Balmung was a beta tester for Fragment, and was known as a Decedent of Fianna after defeating The One Sin with his partner Orca. He is known as Balmung of the Azure Sky because of his wings, which he obtained after dealing the final blow to The One Sin. He appears later in the series as Azure Balmung a savage form of his original self.
